TagList Images License Agreement

We've tried to keep everything as simple as possible for you. That
wasn't easy, yet we've managed to - hopefully - produce an easy to
understand short summary of our License Agreement. Please note, that
full text prevails above any of the information on this page. The full
text can be downloaded at the bottom of this page.
Base License
Our base license agreement provides the usage rights on the purchased images on a rights managed basis. This implies that:
With each photo you purchase through TagList Images, you may:
- Use the images on websites - or
- Use the images for your presentations - or
- Use the images in printed materials
- Use the images for posters, trade fair stands and similar exhibits
With each purchased license, you may also:
- Use the images for a period of five years
- Print the image without limitations and for an unlimited print run
- Alter, and modify the images you've purchased to fit your needs.
- Your colleagues and co-workers may also use the images
You may not:
- distribute images or login data to anyone outside your organisation.
- use the same image in more than one publication at the same time.
- use the images for resale in goods or digital form
You do not purchase the copyrights to the images by acquiring a license from TagList Images, nor the copyrights on any derivative work resulting manipulations to the purchased images.
Additional licenses
For additional rights, for example to use the image for a brochure in print and in a digital version, available online, you will require a second license. If you require to use the image for more than one publication at the same time, please contact us, and we'll work out the details. You will be pleasantly surprised, we promise!
If we're shooting your TagList, based on our image request form, you'll receive a promotional code, allowing you to download an unlimited number of images, against very favourable prices. To make it as easy for you as possible, we will send you an invoice once every three months. Please contact us for more information.
- Protecting your privacy is one of the top priorities of TagList Images.
- Your personal information, such as company details, name, email addresses and such, will only be processed by employees of TagList Images.
- We will not distribute any private information about you to anyone without acquiring your prior consent.
- Only the information you, yourself, willingly provide to the content of this site will be visible to others.
- TagList images will collect your personal information for purposes of payment, communication - directly related to this site, processing your transactions or provide our members' services.
- This website belongs to TagList Images, registered at the Chamber of Commerce in The Hague. Taglist Images is a registered trademark of 36clicks.
- You are using our website at your own risk.
- Content, submitted to this website by our members, such as photos, images and content, provided in our Resource Centre belongs to the person who submitted it.
- The content, both in images, and text is fully owned by TagList Images,
with the exception of the content, submitted by the photographers we
represent.
- You may not use any of the content from this website for other than for intended and informational purposes without acquiring our permission prior to using the content.
- You may not add content to this website with the intention to harm, hurt or cause damage to the business interests of TagList Images, its contributing photographers and / or its clients.
- if you download an image from this website, TagList Images licenses them to you, and your company, and no-one else, for a single use, unless another license is purchased either by you, or by another one of our clients.
- All forms of communication between you and others through this website must be respectful, and follow common sense and decency.
- The terms 36Clicks and TagList Images are registered trademarks, and may not be used for your personal benefit.
Liability of service
We'll do our utmost best to provide you with a flawless, reliable and high quality service, to the best of our abilities, but cannot be held responsible for the effects of any malfunctions.
Warranty and copyrights - All our contributing photographers are responsible and accountable that they own the full copyrights, including necessary model - and property releases for all images and content they submit.
- The photographer retains all copyright on the submitted work. By purchasing a license, the buyer does not obtain any rights relating to to copyrights or ownership.
- TagList Images periodically checks the photographer's claim to their full copyrights, including the necessary model - and property releases, but cannot be held responsible, nor accountable in case a dispute occurs. In such cases, the photographer, claiming the copyrights and having uploaded the image in question is the one to talk to.
- TagList Images checks all submitted images for quality, size and relevance. This guarantees that the uploaded images are all of professonal quality, suitable for high resolution prints on at least A4 size (2500 x 2500 pixels @300dpi) In case you are dissatisfied with the image quality of the purchased file, please contact us, and you'll receive a full discount in case the claim is justified.
